We purchased a home in Hathaway area in 2022. House had been remodeled after Hurricane Laura, and supposedly had two AC units replaced. After having multiple issues with both units, and having FOUR different AC companies tell us different reasons why we were having problems, and $$$$ spent without problems being fixed, Greg Hill was recommended by a mutual friend.
Greg came out, accessed all issues, and pointed out why we were having issues. He and his wife came out, worked hard and gave detailed description of what they were doing to get us up and running to full capacity.

I called Hills A/C because I my A/C was freezing up. My A/C is 15 years old so could have been a world of problems. Greg came out promptly and was able to diagnose the problem. He called me later that day to tell me the part was in and he would be coming the following day to replace it. Mind you this was the whole outside unit that needed to be replaced. Here’s where the customer service goes above and beyond. I have a big yard and the other day we received a ton of rain so the ground was soaked but Greg wasn’t like I have to wait til it dries up etc, instead he brought his 4 wheeler hooked up his trailer and was like Mike you will have cold air by the end of the day. That’s service I can stand by, 5 star recommend!!!
